An orange, creamy curry paste layered with lemongrass, ginger flower and dried chili, made to bloom into a rich coconut curry laksa with just a splash of coconut cream and your favourite toppings.

NYONYA CURRY LAKSA PASTE

For 1 serving (75g):

  1. Prepare and heat 300ml of water, then add in 75g Nyonya Curry Laksa Paste and 85g of coconut cream, stir until even.
  2. Add suitable ingredients like squids, prawns and chicken slice.
  3. Then, stir until even and it is ready to be served.

For 13 servings (1kg):

  1. Prepare and heat 4kg of water, then add in 1kg Curry Laksa Paste and 1.1kg of coconut cream, stir until even.
  2. Add suitable ingredients like squids, prawns and chicken slice.
  3. Then, stir until even and it is ready to be served.
